By creating an account or using AEVAR Intelligence (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Not medical advice

AEVAR Intelligence is a wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.

3. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no scraping, automated mass requests, reverse-engineering, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Wearable data accuracy

Sync results depend on the accuracy and availability of third-party wearable APIs. We don't guarantee uptime or data correctness from those providers.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEVAR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
